I’ve spent over 35 years at the heart of the creative industries — from shaping the careers of the Spice Girls and S Club, to launching global fashion brands, producing award-winning TV, and building performing arts academies.

Along that journey, I learned how much I enjoyed mentoring and supporting people across the whole industry, which led me to study for a PGCert in Career Coaching in 2024. Today, I combine creative consultancy with career coaching — helping business, creative ideas, and people reach their full potential.
